What does it mean to have Charizma? Its definition is exercising a compelling charm which inspires devotion.
Are your clients inspired and compelled to be devoted to you and your business? How have you gaged whether or not they are? What encourages them to come to you versus another company? What compels them to keep coming back?
CHARIZMA is that feeling you bring to work each morning. It’s the energy you put forth in your to-do list and how you manage. It’s in the details of your mission and your business plan. It’s the way you present yourself to others and the way that you leave an imprint on their experience with you. It goes beyond great photos and a great social media presence. It must follow through in the way that you care for the people that have decided to give you their service.
We’ve heard about this Italian eatery in downtown Bakersfield CA where our business operates from. So, we decided to give it a try as a team. Although perhaps the instagram presence [@mammamia.bakersfield] doesn’t quite compare to the actual presence of the restaurant, we were still interested as to what people were raving about [according to YELP].
Collectively as a team here’s what we tried and what we loved about it all.
The mozzarella cheese ball appetizer was delicious! The butter garlic chicken pasta was incredible. Probably some of the best tasting chicken we’ve ever tried. So tender, juicy, and tons of rich flavor. The Ribeye Steak was insane-cooked to perfection with flavors that just melted in your mouth. We would one hundred percent recommend the food here. It will not disappoint.
Although the food was enough to bring us back, what was special was our server LUIS or “LUIGI” like he called himself. The gentleman was kind, gracious, funny, and so entertaining as he spoke FLUENT ITALIAN. He was charming and compelling and captivating. All together we had incredible friendly attention at the restaurant. It made us feel at home. We’d come back to experience this kind of service any day and it made everything so welcoming.
This is EXACTLY the kinds of things that I find astonishing. Why is the restaurant SO GREAT. Food, service, etc and their online presence doesn’t carry the same charizma that their business presence does! Or vise versa, so often we see that online presence is amazing because some people do know how to do social media well but when you visit the facility or meet them in person the experience lacks.
At CHARIZMA CO, we believe it should carry out both ways. We believe there should be the same presence online and in person. We ache to bring personality, charizma, charm, and compel others to remain devoted to the businesses that they love. We crave wholeheartedly to do this for YOU!
