Forming trust in any relationship can be hard. Business relationships are the same way, or even more challenging. It is primarily the reason why a lot of business owners will not outsource or add to their team. How do you know the individual will not come in and take your ideas? How do you know that they will follow through when you’re offering them a paycheck out of your earnings? Is it even worth it? But, forming trust to scale your business is where it all starts.

Trust is not easy to give. Sometimes giving the trust leaves you vulnerable for disappointment. But, it can be amazing.
