AIRBNB EXPERIENCE : DUCK POND A-FRAME IN ARIZONA

AIRBNB’S are my favorite. I book them over hotels for three key reasons.

1. AESTHETICS. I tend to book airbnb’s that give me aesthetics I can photograph for content.

2. COMFORT. Something about an airbnb gives me the comfort of my home while I’m away from home.

3. CREATIVITY + INSPIRATION. I look for Airbnb’s with a view or with elements that would inspire me before I start my work day. Clarity and inspiration bring me fresh creativity. It’s an investment I’m willing to make every single time.

Here I’m featuring a recent stay and airbnb experience at the lovely Duck Pond A-Frame home in Cottonwood, Arizona. I had an elopement in Sedona Arizona and it was only a 30 minute drive.

Its literally titled “Duck Pond” for a reason, the backyard is a tranquil duckpond that awakens you with the beautiful sound of ducks and the reflective light of the pond.

The living room with the sofa is so beautiful and comfortable. It lends to an enviornment that every creative yearns for and really awakens creativity as youre invited with natural light and gorgeous earth tones. Every nook and cranny in this area is just asking you to touch it and experience it.

The dining table is also very comfortable and super inviting and catches the most interested lighting during several moments of the day.

Standing outside on the dock and embracing the pond was one of the most relaxing moments. I woke up to a cup of coffee in the most stylistic detailed coffee mugs a girl could ever ask for and I walked on out to a view and peace. Exactly what I needed before a work day.

The bedrooms were not just stylish but extremely clean and comfortable. The owners put a lot of care into covid care and practices to assure that people like myself, are staying comfortably and safely.

The upstairs area really gave us a moment to get away-creating a more casual environment, we even had an evening after a long day of shooting watching a movie and eating pizza on the couch.
