A private oasis in Bakersfield turned wedding venue for Luke + Megan

Imagine the shock I had when I did a walkthrough to what was supposed to be a “backyard wedding” only to discover it was a private oasis right in my town of Bakersfield CA. It broke my heart that I couldn’t share the information for other brides who were messaging me asking me where this venue was located!

This private oasis served as the most beautiful venue to Luke and Megan to host such an intimate wedding of under 100 guests. It felt really close and personal for such a beautiful couple.

Luke and Megan have a beautiful boy together and a life they’ve already begun to build together. The ceremony had to be one of my favorite parts of their wedding, why? Well, I have yet to experience such a heartfelt and emotional moment than that of her dad and grandpa giving Megan away. I felt every single tear that rolled down Megan’s face. The way that Luke looked at Megan throughout the vows, the way she looked at him…literally hit the deepest of my heart strings.

Megan wore the most stunning Stella York wedding gown and she wore it flawlessly, looking like a real life Bridal Barbie. Literally took my breath away, so you can only imagine how she took Luke’s breath away. Luke is such a fun, easygoing, kind man. He was relaxed and super engaged with Megan and it was just what every couple should feel on their wedding day.
